These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and j9pm (hereinafter "j9pm", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://j9pm.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. j9pm reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age compliance. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing obligations.
The Platform is accessible to users in many jurisdictions; however, it is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that accessing and using the Services complies with the laws applicable in their location. j9pm does not represent or warrant that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Malaysian players are individually responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws regarding online gambling participation.
Each person may hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any bonus or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account: current or former employees of j9pm or its affiliated companies; professional gambling operators or syndicates using the Platform for commercial gain; and any person who has previously been permanently excluded from the Platform.
When registering an account, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. j9pm strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered members. You agree to notify j9pm's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
j9pm reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence); proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.
All accounts on the j9pm Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect are processed in MYR with no currency conversion applied. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Minimum deposit is RM30. Maximum single deposit is RM30,000. Deposits are processed on receipt confirmation from the respective payment processor. j9pm does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard processing time is within one (1) hour for verified accounts via DuitNow and e-wallets during operational hours. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. j9pm processes withdrawals seven days a week, including Malaysian public holidays.
Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal is RM50,000. Accounts with unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until requirements are fulfilled.
j9pm operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international licensing framework. Deposits that are withdrawn without meaningful wagering activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. j9pm reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline withdrawals where AML concerns arise, pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions offered by j9pm are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general conditions, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal. Rollover multipliers range from ×5 to ×20 depending on the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated expiry period. Unfulfilled bonuses upon expiry are forfeited without recourse.
While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 300 unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus activity may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings forfeited.
Different game categories contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting contributes at rates specified in individual promotion terms. j9pm reserves the right to modify game contribution rates with reasonable notice.
j9pm employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: structured low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear rollover with minimal risk; placing bets on all outcomes of the same event; using multiple accounts to claim bonuses; and coordinated exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses and associated winnings voided and accounts suspended.
All bets are subject to acceptance by j9pm at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of an acceptance confirmation on the Platform. j9pm reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, odds error, data feed failure, or other operational issue.
Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play (live) odds are updated in real time and may fluctuate significantly. j9pm covers a broad range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and 30+ other sports. Market availability and odds are subject to change without prior notice.
A bet may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours; technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed; force majeure events; and any situation where the outcome cannot be determined by available official sources.
Maximum single payout per bet is MYR 250,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular market. Maximum aggregate payout for a single event across all markets is MYR 500,000. j9pm reserves the right to reduce maximum payouts during promotional periods or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the j9pm Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
All content on the j9pm Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, game interfaces, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of j9pm or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of j9pm.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j9pm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j9pm makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service, game, or feature.
j9pm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has: violated any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity; posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users; or failed to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
A User may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure request, j9pm will process any remaining real-money Balance (subject to KYC compliance and AML review) within five (5) business days. Bonus credits not yet converted through wagering will be forfeited upon closure.
Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j9pm holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by j9pm's licensing authority. j9pm does not submit to the jurisdiction of any Malaysian court or tribunal for matters arising from these Terms, and Malaysian players acknowledge that domestic dispute resolution mechanisms may not be available for online gambling matters under Malaysian law.
j9pm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, j9pm will provide notice to registered users via email or an on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where immediate implementation is required by applicable law or licensing obligations.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and submit a request to close your account prior to the effective date.
The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page identify the currently applicable version of these Terms. Previous versions are available from the support team upon request.
